Very clean, modern and made beautifully. Staff is very attentive. Special thanks to Leyla who did a great job with housekeeping. The location of the property is the best location in Adana. Extremely nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated the welcome cookies :) Big, nice and well equipped room and bathroom. A special thanks to Lale, the nice and professional housekeeper of my floor who was kind and helpful! Super breakfast with plenty of high quality choices both salty and sweet.

On my first stay my room was small and noisy. On my second stay I had a much nicer and quiet room.

I am very satisfied with the experience in your hotel. Ceyhun and Ela were great problem solvers. We had a small problem in our room they immediately changed the same day.

The breakfast variety was so good and the food was delicious, young lady Pelin was so friendly and took extra care to enjoy my breakfast. They can serve the tasty tea endlessly. The room was a really large comfy one The team at the reception was so helpful and so friendly over the 3 days stay
